Susan Chua is the founder
of Boardroom Professionals. She is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute
of Certified Public Accountants (FHKICPA) and the Australian Institute of Certified
Practising Accountants (FCPA). She is also a Fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute
of Taxation (FTIHK). Susan has over 20 years of experience in accounting, human
resources and administration of corporate affairs of legal entities. She has worked
as an auditor in a Big-4 accounting firm; an Assistant Financial Controller of
a blue-chip listed company in Hong Kong and was also the Finance Director of reputable
boutique size investment bank in Hong Kong with offices in Singapore and Shanghai.Susan
has over seven years compliance experience as she has been involved in the compliance
matters for the corporate finance, broking and fund management businesses in Hong
Kong, Singapore and the PRC.
